The following is extracted from the “Terms of Service” document, wherein the privacy policy forms part of the User Registration Agreement

5. Privacy policy
5.1 Personal information that we collect from you will not be disclosed to the third party, but the following circumstances except:
(1) to obtain your explicit authorization beforehand;

(2) to comply with the relevant laws and regulations;

(3) to comply with the requirement from the relevant government institutions;

(4) to protect the public interest;

(5) to comply with the agreement signed by you or other legal documents including online agreements and platform rules;

(6) in the event that we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.

5.2 We may share your necessary information with third parties we engage with to perform services on our behalf when they consent to take the responsibility of protecting your privacy as us.

In regard to the companies, organizations or individuals with whom we share information, we require them to deal with the information under our instruction and in accordance with the Agreement and privacy policy.

5.3 You agree we might analyze the entire user database and make use of the user database commercially without disclosing the individual user’s privacy information.

5.4 From 2 January 2014, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) has introduced certain changes to the way in which we may contact you for promotional and marketing purposes.

The PDPA provides for the establishment of a National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, which allow individuals to register their Singapore telephone numbers to opt out of receiving marketing phone calls, mobile text messages such as SMS or MMS, and faxes from organizations.

These changes will generally not affect informational and service related messages sent by Vino Fontaine Pte Ltd, such as reminders about your loyalty program.

Vino Fontaine Pte Ltd is committed to complying with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices. We have always been mindful of engaging our customers in a more targeted and relevant way.
If you have registered your telephone number with the DNC Registry, we will not send you our promotional and marketing messages via phone calls, text messages and faxes.

However, if you have previously given us consent to contact you for such purposes, we will continue to do so until you withdraw your consent.
